Embroidery
As the name suggests, your graphics are transferred with needle and thread. However, this is no ordinary needle and thread, but rather a computerised system which reads each graphics file and produces thousands of stitches to reproduce your graphic. This is colourful, attractive and durable and provides a real look and feel of authenticity! Perfect for small graphics like club emblems and initials.
heat press transfer
This process of graphics transfer uses a heat press machine which transfers graphics from a heat transfer directly onto your garment. Your garment and the heat transfer (which has your image printed onto it) is placed in the heat press machine and is pressed for a certain amount of time, at a set temperature so the ink is transferred onto you garment. This is applied as a thin layer on your garment and is an effective method to display graphics on pre-made garments.
Dye Sublimation
This is the most effective and long lasting transfer methodology using state of the art transfer machinery. The process relies on a specialised ‘dye sublimation ’ink, which when heated changes from being a solid dye to being a gas, without passing through a liquid stage. This gas then binds to the fabric and feels completely part of the fabric. This method of transfer has no risk of peeling or fading over time.
